Reports Worm-like UFO sighting. Ufo morphs into strange shapes.
I first posted to one of my other blogs, here are the details:
I don’t know what this is, but I saw it hovering in the sky behind my house. It hovered in only one spot for at least an hour. It seemed to be appearing and disappearing, or fading in and out of view as I watched it. It was fairly far away, with the naked eye all I could really see were some unusual flickering lights in the sky. Actually it looked like 3 lights in a circle from the ground.
About 10 minutes after I first noticed it, I decided to grab my digital camera. When I enlarged the photos I took it was a real surprise to find these shapes in the photos, each taken a few seconds apart. In these photos it appears to be either changing shape, or moving around. Very strange!
In one of the original photos, you can see the object circled and at 3x optical zoom times the size I actually saw it.
The photos were taken with my Fuji 5.1 megapixel digital camera at 3x zoom.
If anyone knows what this is, let me know!

The object was (more likely) 'dancing' rather than changing shape. This movement would occur between 2-1/3 second(s) on automatic night mode, if the camera was kept completely still.

Los, I think you are right, and in a couple of the photos, it does look like it's actually dancing.
I snapped the photos manually with the camera set on automatic exposure. It took a few seconds for the camera to process each shot before I could take the next. I would have taken more photos if I knew that this was what I would see when I zoomed in on the object in photoshop.

What you photographed is a diamond shape craft the reason it looks like a coral snake cause it has revolving lights of different colors spinning around it's center so fast they appear to blind into each other hand held shot with no tripod will gave coral snake effect.It is the lowest looking star in the sky right above tree level, you will know it by the brilliant twinkling colors of light it gaves off and if you are lucky you will see it move. Photographed this object for two years in Mount Vernon and watch the military attempt to bring one down.
