A bull shark leaped into a boat this past week off the coast of Haulover Beach in South Florida. The shark leap into the boat shocked Michael Powers, the owner of the boat, and his friends, who were out spear fishing and lobster diving on Saturday, August 8.
"One minute it was in the air, the next minute it was in the boat just beating everything in God's creation," Powers told WSVN.
It took about 30 minutes for the shark to calm down and stop breaking things in the boat.
The bull shark, which was 5-foot long, injured itself after violently flopping around in the 21-foot boat. The people on the boat eventually managed to toss the shark back into the water without serious injury.
