Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan Accused of Sexual Harassment

Sheboygan, Wisconsin Mayor Bob Ryan has been accused of sexual harassment after firing human resources director Angela Payne. Angela Ryan asserts that Bob Ryan fired her after she rebuffed his sexual advances. Both Bob Ryan and Angela Payne

However, this is not Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan's only problem: a video has surfaced on Youtube which depicts Bob Ryan drunk at a bar and making sexual slurs about his wife's sister, and is unlikely to help him in his case against Ryan.

Ryan has said he fired Payne after department heads called a meeting with him and said they had “lost confidence in her ability to do the job.”

Today’s meeting comes on the heels of a YouTube video posted Tuesday night showing an apparently drunk Ryan at a bar making sexually explicit comments about a relative.

Ms. payne is black and well educated, she was our only college level instructor in city of sheboygan government employ. Find out about ryans background and you may understand how useful ryan really is. Pray for Sheboygan PLEASE!!!!!!
