DC cops trigger happy like in the Third World

The cops in the nation's capital might be competing with their counterparts in the Third World when it comes to being trigger happy.

Just a week after a DC police cruiser was involved in a hit and run accident against a teenage resident, the killjoy cops could not even tolerate the time-cherished tradition of snowball fights on the street.
