Space Squid: UFO Footage on Argentina's TL9

Argentinian TV station TL9 aired some footage of what appears to be a UFO. With the caption "¿Avistaje de OVNIS? (UFO Sighting)?", the footage depicts a floating, squidlike object. Hypotheses range from "space angel" to "HAARP" to "a bug".
