Many of the top terrorists in the United Kingdom have dual nationalities: British and Pakistani [mostly from Punjab]. Two of the most infamous were Omar Sheikh, convicted in the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, and Rashid Rauf, a suspected co-conspirator of a plan to bomb passenger airplanes flying from Europe to the US.
Rauf mysteriously escaped from an Islamabad jail on December 14, 2007 during the rule of coup leader-turned-president Gen. (R) Pervez Musharraf.
The three-month public relations offensive, called I Am the West, consists of television commercials and high-profile events in regions such as Peshawar and Mirpur.
Rauf was widely believed kill in a CIA drone attack in Waziristan last November, though his family denied the reports.
Because of the threats emanating from UK, the premier US spy service CIA is said to have recruited a record number of agents in England.
They believe that a British-born Pakistani extremist entering the US under the visa waiver programme is the most likely source of another terrorist spectacular on American soil.
In fact a secular youth, Noordin Mengal, fitted this profile and was mistaken for being a terrorist last year when he arrived at the Newark airport. Mengal was deported and his waiver privilege revoked.

The CIA is already running its biggest overseas spying operations in the United Kingdom. The only measure right now is to cut off travel between Pakistan and the western world. And to put the UK and all its citizens on a watch list until the UK starts to take measures against the poisonous terrorist-enabling climate within its borders.
