Hmm...so is it window washers posing as Spidey or Spidey posing as...ah never mind.

The idea came up in a brainstorming session with housekeeping staff, possibly taking inspiration from the human Spiderman who climbed the Jinmao last year.

So far Spidey is receiving a thumbs up from the boys in the suits and guests alike, so if you live in Hongqiao, it looks like your friendly neighbourhood Spiderman is here to stay!

cynthia yoo, I like this story. It's good stuff. Why Not, good for business and great for tourism, there was a window washer in Ottawa in the early 1990s who would don an authentic Batman costume and would wash the windows at the BEll Canada building and the CD. Howe Building, he got a lot of attention from office personnel at their windows and tourists alike.  Why a Batman costume is anyones guess.

I guess an Aquaman costume would have looked a bit wierd...

The Shanghai spideys have their extra wire for safety. However, I've seen a spidey hanged on only one sigle rope in Guangdong. As a former climber, I did have a dream of having a job like this.
