SPIN AND GONE

It made it`s home at the National Railway Museum in york on April 12, 2006 and on that day 5,110 people took a spin on the Yorkshire Wheel, making it the Biggest Wheel Atttraction in Europe for that in Day.
The 200 foot structure has also been Credited with helping the Admissions to the NRM rise to 900,000 ... it`s highest figure since 1986.
The 42 luxury pods took their last spin after World Tourist Attractions (WTA) decided to relocate the Wheel Abroad while a Planning Application goes ahead for a new Wheel to be located in North Street Gardens.
