18 year old is a suspect in Ninja Attack. A man wearing a ninja outfit shot 1 man, which recognized him.

Wow i could not belive the title either!

This 18 year old kid probably had no friends and the guy who he shot was a guy who would bug him. There is no excuse for hurting another person, espically if you dress like a ninja and use a gun! Where is the karate skills?
