Teacher Fired for Kindergarten Classroom Fight Club

A kindergarten teacher at Ricardo Salinas Elementary School in suburban San Antonio wanted to make an example of six-year-old Aiden Neely, who was accused of bullying other kids.

The teacher had Aiden stand at the front of the class, and had the rest of the kids take turns hitting him. She swore the kids to secrecy; indeed, it was another teacher who brought the whole story to light.

Amy Neely, Aiden Neely's mother, says that her son is not a bully at all, but that's not really the issue here. Seems to be trying to take a page from Jason "Mayhem" Miller's playbook, and that's illegal in a real-life school.

Also, how is 24-against-one a demonstration of fairness? The teacher was fired, but that's not enough for Amy Neely, who wants a full criminal investigation on the as-yet-unnamed teacher.
