Travis Keen Arrested after Walmart Parking Lot Complaint

28-Year-Old Travis Brent Keen was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after a series of incidents in a Monroe, Louisiana Walmart parking lot.

According to Keen's arrest report, he was following a woman around the parking lot in his car with his penis exposed. It is unclear how the witness knew his penis was exposed: was Travis Keen's driver-side door open? Was he standing on the seat while the car idled?

Either way, Keen did not deny that he was exposing himself in the Walmart parking lot, but he had a very interesting excuse:

When Officer Colby Spillers confronted him, Keen reportedly “stated he did have his penis out because of past experiences he had at Wal-Mart. Keen stated when he comes to Wal-Mart he gets aroused.”

This raises more questions than it answers.
