Trust

This is the one good thing from today. The rest was all bad- waking at 5 AM with horrble cramps and running to the loo, then noticing later I was bleeding somewhere I shouldn't resulting in a trip to the ER, and being examined somewhere not very comfortable....bleh! They think it is just a bad bout of my IBS and will be calling to check on me, but it scared the daylights out of me and I am not a happy camper :-( I think I will have a bath and off to bed, things will look better on the morrow, I think!\
