ALIEN REMAINS RECOVERED IN BRAZIL?

After a reported UFO crash in Brazil last month, and virtually last year December 2009, could this photo be the remains of an extra-terrestrial being?  Hard to say however there seems to be a big commotion from Brazil regarding this issue.  Could  have another Roswell, New Mexico type event occurred in Brazil and now is being covered up or at least contained by the Brazilian Government? Hopefully more evidence and information surfaces to follow-up on.
