UFO Incredible Film of a Flying Saucer in Norway

Take a look at this incredible footage of a flying saucer UFO filmed allegedly in northern Norway on August 13, 2010 and was said to be making no audible sounds while hovering. A flying saucer that has some similarities to crafts seen by Billy Meier and others around the world. The other interesting aspect of this object is that there were multiple witnesses and two camera recordings of the saucer. One camera was a cellphone and the other is a camcorder. The northern region of Norway according to the Youtube video uploader TheCosmosTv is also an area were NATO military training exercises take place in the winter. Add to that the very strange spiral seen in Norway this year is something to consider as well. Along with that the same area is also home to an H.A.A.R.P.(High Altitude Active Auroral research) installation which adds more mystique to this sighting. Is this a secret home grow aircraft project or a UFO for another planet, dimension, or time the video shows something strange that is for certain.
