Take a look at this excellent footage from Israel of what looks to be a Halo cloud almost being punched out in a cookie cutter fashion.  The strange Halo cloud simply forms out of nowhere after an Orb can be seen in the vicinity.  The video is very well filmed and is also analyzed in great detail as well.  The close up of the footage with both the strange Halo cloud and the orb then followed by a number of  orbs is an added bonus to this footage.  This is the third such type of Halo cloud this year.  Mainstream explanations do not seem to fit this phenomena, something is visibly happening keep looking up.
