This great flashing orb UFO video was sent to me via Youtube today from Wooburn Buckinghamshire, England. The object simply put is remarkable it hovers while flashing a multitude of colours. The individual filming this UFO zooms in and out changes shutter speed and commentates throughout the film detailing what he has captured. Interesting video but looks like a lantern to me, we are getting tons of sightings here in the UK as a result of people at parties releasing Chinese lanterns.
