A 22 year-old man, James Chester has been gaoled for two and a half years for posing as a schoolboy to lure young girls. He formed a relationship with a girl 13 in Portsmouth from a different school and the girl had even planned to marry him. Chester was said in court to have a personality disorder. He has been placed on the sex pest's register.

He was found guilty of multiple counts of sexual activity with a child and of abducting the teenage girl from Portsmouth on August 5 last year. They were found two days later in Northern Ireland.
The girl's parents had believed Chester, then aged 21, was a schoolboy and welcomed him into their home.
Portsmouth Crown Court heard that the girl considered him her boyfriend and the pair had sex about 50 times.
Prosecutor Mary Johnson said: "He gave her a gift of a ring. She thought they would be together forever and in the end get married.
"Afterwards she told police if she had known his true age she would not have got involved in the relationship."
Jennifer Knight, defending, said Chester was a disturbed and immature young man who was trying to live as a teenager.
Judge Graham White jailed him for 30 months, banned him from wearing a school uniform, befriending children and going within 50 metres of any secondary school or playing area.
Chester was also placed on the Sex Offenders' Register for the next 10 years.
Chester had previously used a fake birth certificate and letter of support to become a Year 10 pupil at St Edmund's Catholic School in Portsmouth, in September 2005, when aged 19.
Claiming to be 16, he shared classes for three weeks with children as young as 14 before social workers heard rumours about his real age and he was thrown out and reported to police.
A year later, Chester tried to join the City of Portsmouth Boys School but staff became suspicious when an adult who was not Chester's parent or carer phoned to support his application.
