Standard poodles at the Salinas Valley Kennel Club show in San Mateo, CA. The show was smaller than I expected -- I suppose I thought this should be a huge show since it's in a major metropolitan area. It did make me appreciate the show sites we have in Colorado all the more -- it was awfully cramped, not much room ringside, and either I missed a whole building for grooming or there just wasn't much grooming space.

Brighton's Minimoto and Diego Da Maya (an Ale Kai Mikimoto on Fifth son) were entered, but didn't show. I'm not sure if they were absent all weekend, or if they chose not to show this particular day since it was raining (see comments about lack of grooming space ...)
