Voting begins for first phase of Bihar assembly elections

Polling began this morning for the first phase of the elections to 47 of the 243 Assembly segments in Bihar amidst unprecedented security measures. state Congress chief Choudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser and Lovely Anand (wife of former MP Anand Mohan)
