Her Majesty's 'International Brigade' in Syria
Today, Corriere della Sera prominently covered the British-controlled "Libyan Legion" deployed in Syria against Assad.
The leader of the legion is al-Qaeda member Mahdi Al Harati, who had led the Tripoli Brigade together with Abdelhakim Belhay.
Al Harati has a base in Dublin and in Qatar.
His people (some say 200, others say 600) have been in Syria since December. They have night-vision binoculars, satellite connections, and Kalashnikovs, {Corriere} terrorism expert Guido Olimpio writes.
According to "Arab sources," they are supported by Qatari, Saudi, and British Special Forces. They are supplied through cargoes from Iskenderun, Turkey.
Olimpio points out that Moscow has sounded the "alarm" over the foreign involvement.

Somebody is going side with Syrian people and I hope it is the Arab League with boots on the ground.

I would not hold my breath with the "Arab League". They are never too keen on doing anything that rocks the Fascist-Dictatorships in this part of the world.
