Michael Jackson has reportedly left his ex-pet Bubbles the chimp 1.25 million pounds in his will.

According to sources, the late King of pop has left a part of his fortune to Bubbles to make sure the 26-year-old animal lives out his final days in luxury.

The singer’s lawyers have contacted Bubbles’ new owners to tell them about the windfall.

“Jackson’s lawyers have said Bubbles is in his will,” the Daily Star quoted owner Bob Dunn as saying. I cannot reveal the sum, but it will be more than enough to secure his future,” he added.

However, US sources claim the figure could be as much as 1.25 million pounds.

I was one of the millions watching Michael Jackson's memorial on Facebook July 7, 2009, while trying to work. Here are My favorite MJ memorial fb comments (wish i could have read them all!):

"Was Bubbles [his pet chimp] in the audience?"

"Now that Michael Jackson is dead, I’m going to sell all my plastic surgery stock."

"I bet MJ is going to pop out of the coffin as a zombie and sing Thriller."

"Micheal was a beautiful manchild."

"What’s a black funeral without fried chicken."

"Micheal, please say hello to Bob Marley."

"If you love Michael Jackson, add this special kitten as a friend."

 "CNN…facebook….kfc, what a combination."

"I haven’t seen Blanket [Michael's third child] moonwalk."
