Ok so we heard the running explanation that the mystery missile seen on video near Los Angeles California was simply an illusion created by a plane's exhaust aka contrail.  Now someone that pays attention to the skies such as I do can say without a shadow of a doubt that no way no how was this a simple contrail.  Nice try, try again.  As far as everyone else who could be accountable for this strange happening from the DOD to the Pentagon, NORAD and so forth they have "no clue" to whom or what was responsible for this sighting,  The question remains is what could have been the purpose for a missile launch in a manner that whom ever launched it would not want to claim responsibility. According to journalist James Marsden the missile was launched via a submarine from the Chinese military. It was definitely a  launch with such a  weapon to show force from an invading enemy. Ironically President Obama was on a tour across Asia and marooned temporarily in Indonesia conducting trade talks amongst other matters during this incident due to an active volcano sending ash into the skies above Indonesia. Is world war three imminent ? With the United States owing China billions it could be the start of a major conflict, added the side issue of the united States appearing politically weakened is this President about to be faced with an invading force spawning the real Red Dawn ? This situation leaves more questions then answers, it is going to be  very bumpy ride the next few years.
