There were at least half dozen reported cases when women in georgetown area of Washington DC said they woke up to find a total stranger in their bed.
A woman in northwest DC was surprised to fnd a total stranger in her bed and she was not even drunk. There were a rash of such incidents in Georgetown area last year.
