NP Rank:
Washington State Capital Stunt Dancer
A random, under the influence, spontaneous day, cruising on, above, and around the Washington state capital would provide for, what I believe to be one of the best pictures ever taken in a state capital. On the state seal none the less.
It was Sunday, all things locked-up, with the allowance for entrance into the Capital's lobby and viewing area. Really considerate for them to do for the State's citizens. Sliding down marble banisters, looking up at the dome, pitching quarters, and dealing cards on the floor of the Capital, why not?
Then I was hit by inspiration, and sense the camera was along. Hey, why don't you go stand(I thought maybe there would be a secret trap door that if anyone had the thought of getting near the state seal, we would find out the end result) right in the center of the capital, on the state seal, and I'll get your picture. My so called-friend fell for it. The rest is photographic inspiration of how you too may be able to capture such a fleeting moment.
