what?? why this sudden change, and how did they come to this conclusion?I'm not angry or anything (although this change affects my horoscope), and the list is useful (thanx btw). I'm just curious? Also,I heard there was another format that has changed throughout the years along with the changing of the stars...

the idea behind the new astro sign is that 360 degrees and 0 degrees are not the same point... (which they actually are in the form of a circle)so they added a sign for 360 degrees on top of sagitarius, which was 0 degrees. it kinda goes to show how this really isnt backed by any real science... like at all...

lol ur dumb do more research b4 u open ur mouth and rll read ur new zodiac personality i have been reading about all my friends and family the stars can fit everybody u have all the traits but some stand out more then others and ur new sign will fit u better then ur old sign and actually people who dont beleive in zodiacs r people who thought that it didnt match their personalty and if they looked now they could have a diff opinion.

First off your usage of the word retarded is only showing your ignorance, after that if you had any understanding you would know the all life is energy based and any changes in what is perceived as the "norm" creates a rift and therefore changes all things .... I am sure you have heard of the movie Butterfly Effect... it is based on true concepts ... so I suggest before insulting something you obviously know nothing about .. educate yourself. guys, do you know that every religion has sunsigns .. if this new sunsign is for real .. then they should be added to every religion but wasnt .. what does that mean .. and by the way which religion's sunsigns are these .. i always had confusion in this aspect because mine is libra but according to my religion i come under scorpio

This DOES make me mad. If they knew what they were saying and weren't so hungry to add drama to the public's lives, they'd know this sign has been around for thousands of years used in Sidereal Astrology and by Easterners. This is not the first time I've heard of Ophiuchus by any means. Americans (for the most part) use the western Zodiac. I, personally, am not going to change my sign because of some ridiculous uproar about something that really hasn't changed. I'm very sorry to sound like an elderly man who refuses change, but I was born on January 26th, and I AM an Aquarius. I have been all my life. This "change" was not around when I was born. I miss the 90s.

lol u must be a conservative ... sad ... u rlly shuld read up about it and stop being stubborn u dont think the stars move in space u loon and because the orbit around the earth how can u be born under a star that has moved .. its only been a 1 month jump because they move so slow every 300 years the zodiac will move a month (slowly every day not jus gunna change sighns every 300 yrs) like when it says leo april 1 - may 1 the next 70 years it will be april 2- may2 (i know thats not the dates for leo jus an example.... bottom line im not a scientist but im not retarded these changes make perfect sence if u cant understand it then ur life will be fcked from readin the wrong horoscope have fun =D

Absolutely pointless. You could have 360 signs (or more) if your really wanted to be pedantic but what would be the point? There is some (albeit dubious) mathematical relationship in 12 signs. Its got nothing to do with points of a compass. Its simply grouping observations of people over centuries into 12 groups. Some of these groups have common features and some have antagonistic features. You could say that about any groups of people (membership of political parties for example). So its "worked" for a couple of 1000 years with the groupings we've got - arbitary though the start and end points may be. Messing around with it is because somebody hasn't understood whats going on.Never mind. It wont catch on.

it neva shud of changed there was always 13 signs as there was 13 months in the mayan calender but we decided to change it to 12 months thus egnoring the 13th sign so it was always 13 the only thing that could change is they will eventually put the 13th month bak in the picture cuz its kinda stupid they just squeezed in the 13th zodiac but dats my opinion

guys just to let you know that this new zodiac sign is not official. it was first release of a newspaper by a reporter who is not a official astronomer so again the so called new zodiac sign so not true
