Wheelchair Robber Steals Condoms and Energy Drink

Police suspect the robber was intoxicated at the time of the crime and is homeless, maybe he had somewhere to stay Wednesday night and was hoping to get lucky. I think he may need more than the one energy drink as he stole 10 boxes of condoms!.
