This is a white crow (only beak & legs are black) that has been living in and around Castlegar B.C., Canada for the last 8 or more years. He is vary elusive and hard to get near to.

Hey coool! Last year we saw a light golden coloured black bear similar to the Spirit Bear of the west coast There are reports of many rare albino animals being seen. There is a native prophecy about this happening as a sign of some major changes about to occur on this planet.
