Woman uses wedgie to stop thief in his tracks

A woman who chased a man down who broke into her co-worker's car finally got him to stop squirming away from her when she gave him a massive wedgie.
Morris eventually grabbed the man's boxer shorts and pulled. Salt Lake City police said she then she put a headlock on the man until help could arrive.
Wonder if it was an atomic wedgie?
