This is probably the most expensive bottle of white wine in the world, and the last of its vintage. It's valued at upwards of $100,000. I was fortunate enough to be able to photograph it at the restaurant Bastide in Los Angeles during a recent job photographing wine cellars for Premier Cru Custom Cellars.

A lot of people ask me if this would even be good now. The chef of the restaurant said they recently drank a bottle from 1876, and he said it was as crisp as a 15 year old bottle. Guess it's holding up well.
