This is the Mercier Kilo TT, built by Kenisis for Bikes Direct dot Com. It is the KHS Flite with different decals. Mercier is an old French brand and has nothing to do with this frame. The frame seems solid, I'm not worried about it at all. The decals are coated so they are not coming off.
This bike is completely stock. I installed the handle bars just for these pictures... but it will never be riden with those bars or that fork. I am going to put my 3t track bars and nitto quill stem on it as soon as I get the chance to have the my Surly fork threaded.
I'm using the Surly fork because:
1)It's powder coated,
2)less decals/removable decals, and
3)lugged dropouts without eyelets for fenders.
Otherwise it's the same fork as the 1" steamroller.
I was warned about the hubs, but I'll use these wheels until I have a problem with them.
UPDATE: Unfortunately bike shops can't thread a threadless fork. Fortunately, I found a nice chromed track fork on ebay cheap. The Mercier fork is on the no name bike, which is all ready to be sold... but it won't be until I get this bike together. Surly fork will probably be sold on ebay.

Sorry, I'm keeping it. It's a pretty nice fork with a long steerer tube. Will be used eventually.
