Star Wars is getting the 3-stripe treatment — famed apparel company Adidas has partnered with George Lucas and Lucasfilm Ltd. to release a Star Wars-inspired collection of kicks and clothing.

Due out in Summer 2010 — we're already stoked for the Vader pullovers, Stormtrooper tracksuits and Boba Fett high-tops.

adidas are preparing to release a STAR WARS™ collection in the summer of 2010 having teamed up with Lucasfilm Ltd. Embracing the iconic film, not for the first time we can expect a collection of footwear and apparel that reflect an interesting angle where the sportswear label and film come together in an intriguing way.
