America's Next Top Model - Cycle 13 Episode 4 Review (S013EP04)

Episode 4 of Cycle 13 of America's Next Top Model 'Make Me Tall' aired tonight on the CW Network at 8pm PST.

Previously on ANTM, only girls over 5ft 7 were accepted to be a top model, but this cycle Tyra is giving shorter girls a chance by allowing models under 5 ft 7 to take part, and potentially follow in the footsteps of Top Model Kate Moss.

The Episode Begins:

Ashley and Lulu seem to have some kind of personal vendetta against Bianca and Brittany, and they claws really came out tonight. Not suprisingly Bianca was involved but I have to say I'm kind of surprised about the other three. Nicole appears as the voice of reason and doesn't make me want to fall asleep, which is great.

It's Runway Challenge time! Miss Jay comes out with this small girl who is so cute and really knows how to walk! She's amazing.

The girls then change and put some nice dresses on and show Miss Jay what they can do.

Lulu is bad and she refuses to change her walk (way to be a part of the class!).

Kara walks really funny and Miss Jay's impression of her is spot on.

The girls then have to walk together and practice being on the runway together. Some work together better than others.

Back at the house, Sundai, Bianca and Lulu are all in the kitchen and Ashley says Bianca has weird eyebrows (why does she care anyway?)

It's Runway Challenge time! It's a fashion show!

They have to walk on the runway with 'regular' tall girls, over 5ft 10 and they have to still be tall. Lulu is still talking about drama at the house and Nicole says she's not focused enough (true). The girls are concerned that they are going to look like midgets, which some of them do.

Sundai especially looks super small, but she's only 5ft 3.

Brittany does a good job, but Lulu is terrible and then completely refuses to change her walk as it is her 'signature'. I say, get a new signature.

I thought Laura did a good job for sure, she's super cute.

Brittany wins and then chooses Laura and Kara to pose with her in a Seventeen Magazine prom photoshoot.

After at the house, Brittany and Ashley continue their mean remarks at Bianca and I actually felt sorry for her; girls can be so bitchy.

Bianca goes outside with Nicole and then reveals that she was abused by her ex-boyfriend! Ashley and Lulu say to Nicole that Bianca is making it up, and Nicole stands her ground and follows her own mind about it, which I thought was great of her. Ashley and Lulu are turning out to be really awful people. Nicole was right, thre must be so much negativity in the house these days!

Next comes the photo challenge and it's all about making yourself taller on camera (surprise! ok not really).

The girls get to wear fun couture and pose on some industrial set.

Brittany does ok, not great

Nicole is awesome, am really starting to like her.

Kara is good

Erin looks great too

Lulu is awful (good, don't like her anyway)

Ashley is ok, but really not that good, her face is weird. Then she gets a pep talk from Lulu about how great they are (um, yeah, ok).

Sundai is the smallest but in her picture she looks good.

Bianca does well and doesn't look like a man like she did last week, which is great!

At the house, Lulu is still talking about how she is great and Bianca sucks, but really she should turn that phrase around this time. Brittany is confident that she is going to be ok.

Now it's judging time!

Jamie Rishar is the guest judge; she's a petit supermodel.

Erin's picture is really nice and the judges love it.

Bianca looks ok, if a bit scrunched, but she doesn't look bitchy like other shots.

Brittany does look small in her picture as her neck is shrunk.

Sundai's picture is cute and she looks tall too.

Laura looks nice

Jennifer's picture is very nice, and no eye thing this time.

Nicole looks like a giant! So tall!

Lulu's picture is too commercial, like an actress or something

Kara is really nice in her picture, lots of angles, which Tyra loves.

Rae's picture is ok, too bad, I like her.

Ashley looks ok, but a bit bored I think.

Most of the pictures are pretty unexciting actually, but I am just so desperate for one of the mean girls to go, I don't care!

It gets down to Brittany and Lulu, and the suspense is killing me (ok, not really but it could be). Thankfully it's Lulu that gets sent home becuase her picture sucks and she is just so mean to everyone.
