ANTM Australia 2010: Sarah Murdoch Announces Wrong Winner (Video)

Australia's Next Top Model Host Sarah Murdoch Announced the Wrong Winner of Cycle 6 on Live TV

Ms. Murdoch announced that Kelsey was the winner of ANTM cycle 6, but it turns out Amanda had actually won and it took a few minutes for Murdoch to realize her mistake.

As Kelsey celebrates and Amanda says her consolation thank yous and there are hugs all round, the viewer can see Sarah Murdoch's mouth drop open in shock as she hears in her earpiece what she has just done.

She says she feels sick about this and then there is a moment of clarity as the girls and the audience realize that the wrong winner was announced.

Murdoch apologizes a lot for her mistake and both Kelsey and Amanda take it very graciously and they even try to make the host feel better. Kelsey calls it 'an honest mistake' and then the audience starts cheering again.

Apparently the votes were so close that it seemed like either of them could have won.
