TruemorsAdapted from the Domestic Goddess (yes, the real one!) Rum-soaked Raisin Banana Bread recipe. I added cocoa to the flour as well as chocolate chips and finally sprinkled chopped walnuts on top. Oh, not forgetting the over-dose of rum soaked raisins! Super moist and extremely delicious with coffee/tea for breakfast/teatime....... or anytime, in fact!
