Boxing Day Sales Start as Early as Christmas Day in 2011

Retailers want to squeeze what they can from the holiday season, even if it means starting their Boxing Day sales before Boxing Day begins.

Boxing Day is on December 26 (cricket fans don't need to be reminded), but retailers in the US, Canada, Britain, and Australia are starting their online Boxing Day sales as soon as Christmas Day. After all, a store with a website doesn't need to be open in order to have a sale.
