Carving begins

Kirk's youth group cooking a turkey; had to share! The ones standing around & opening the bag are all pre-med (most grossed out by giblets!!); pre-engineering students… all are absolutely fantastic! The turkey is for Caring Kitchen; will feed apx 400 on Tuesday evening. Did a kosher salt crust & cooked in our convection oven … we did taste test to make sure it was edible! Turned out to be wonderfully moist & very very delicious!
