I miss that great home-made irish Soda Bread that I got fresh from a co-worker who used to bake them around this time. I convinced her to sell them to everyone at work and it turned into a cottage industry, albeit seasonal.
Great stuff here. Yum, yum, yum with my Coffee morning, noon and night !
