Simple yet delicious Crab Cake stuffed Pork chops.
Thick lean pork chops...split with a "pocket" cut into it. Stuff into it an uncooked crab Cake (reciepe easily avail on internet)
bake at 350 until done...(again check this on internet)
simple (crab cakes availible at grocery story pre made), and delicous.
