Daniel Jones, Creator of Church of Jediism, Can't Have Hood Up

Daniel Jones, the creator of the International Church of Jediism, was told he can't have his hood up on his Jedi cape, when in his local Tesco (supermarket chain in the UK). He says this is religious discrimination against when he calls his religion.
The supermarket in Bangor, North Wales, told him he couldn't have his hood up. as Tesco has a policy of no hoods up due to teenagers and the 'hoodie' culture, and cameras cannot see faces if hoods are up.
The Church of Jediism is practised by 500,000 around the world, and the rules dictate that heads must be covered in public places. The Handbook of the Jedi Church states that 'Jedis must wear a hood up in any public place of a large audience'.
Mr Jones, also known by his Jedi name Morda Hehol, told The Sun: "I told them it was a requirement of my religion but they just sniggered and ordered me to leave.
"I walked past a Muslim lady in a veil. Surely the same rules should apply to everyone."
He said that he will advise worshippers to boycott Tesco if it happens again. "They will feel the Force" he added.
A Tesco spokesman said: "Jedi are very welcome to shop in our stores although we would ask them to remove their hoods.
"Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda and Luke Skywalker all went hoodless without going to the Dark Side.
"If Jedi walk around our stores with their hoods on, they’ll miss lots of special offers."
