A fashion show on September 11 featured DANNIJO's jewelry, that was featured on high profile runways like Carlos Campos, who won the 2009 Fashion Group International Rising Star award for men's clothing. He showcased his first women's collection on Friday, September 11th in New York.

DANNIJO is a handmade jewelry company started by sisters Danielle and Jodi Snyder from Jacksonville Florida. They used to make their jewelry in high school using their father's medical tools, according to the examiner. The the end of high school the girls had their own boutique in Jacksonville.

DANNIJO jewelry is a favorite for celebrities like Beyonce, Blake Lively, Rihanna, Sophia Bush and Natalie Portman, glam.com reports.

Jodie Snyder believes that the fashion market is focused more on bold accessories than clothing. Belts, boots, necklaces, and elaborate hair accessories are a big part of fashion week displays:

"Many stores that focused on clothing are opening up to having bigger displays or bigger buys for accessories and shrinking their buys for clothing. You're just seeing a different kind of market right now and I think designers are recognizing that
