December 2008 068 last night of Hanukkah

day 12 of snow: didn't take pics last night, but had fun on day 11, we lit the 7th night of Hanukkah candles and had Vic's pizza for dinner and then walked the few blocks over to Cassie and Drew's house, grateful to attend a party where the generous hosts served copious amounts of good food and strong drink, it was fun. the walk to and fro was slippery but worth it.

Tonight we lit all the beeswax candles (the best!) and sat by the fire eating more chocolate gelt, dreaming of a soggy New Year, just as it should be here in the PNW.
