Emma Watson: Face of Burberry's Fall 2009 Campaign

Emma Watson, possibly better known as Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter films, was debuted as the face of Burberry's fall 2009 campaign. The campaign featuring everyone's favorite mudblood was photographed by Mario Testino in central London on the bank of the River Thames.

Burberry is noted for casting up-and-coming models in their advertising campaigns so the casting choice of Watson comes as a shift for the proper English fashion label. Alongside Watson, another actor, Sam Riley was featured in the shoot.

This is Emma's first major campaign, and considering she's just 19 years old, it's not a bad start to her modeling career. Indeed, she looks more grown-up than usual (oh, the powers of the hair wisp!).

Up next for Watson is the forthcoming installment in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince premiering July 17, 2009.

Burberry were once posh, now they have become chav, common all the street kids wear Burberry Hats and scarfs. I am surprised Emma has become a chav Burberry babe.
