Extreme boots

One may think that fashion trends begin in Paris and New York, but hold onto your boot straps. It is happening in Mexico.

About ten years ago, I was at an art opening in San Francisco talking with several art professor ladies. I looked down at the floor and noticed that all three were wearing extremely pointed shoes. My shoes were rounded by comparison.

I said, “Pardon me, I have to go sharpen something.”

That was ten years ago and since that time pointy boots have become more or less mainstream.

Now, however, the lifecycle of the trend appears to have been lengthened. Check out the Youtube video.
