When prominent individuals get old pensioned, they form foundations for humanitarian assistance. Examples are Clinton foundation, Bill Gates foundation, carter foundation, etc. Is it because individuals search for their life after death creating peace with God through helping people?

For big companies, corporate social responsibilities (CSR) are nowadays becoming a fashion of making a strategic difference. Microsoft Corporation was famous in this regard as a company but when Bill Gate, the owner of Microsoft Corporation, resigned from corporate activities, he established a foundation. This seems that Bill Gate is searching for his life aftermath. In genera prominent leaders of nations and owners of big companies finally establish foundations for humanitarian purpose. I like this!

On the other hand unsatisfied middle level government officials (ministers) and even leaders of poor country go to the UN, World Bank, and IMF after pensioned than engaging themselves to humanitarian activities. By the way, UN, World Bank and IMF can be considered as organizations with pensioned officials as staff!
