Gap's new brandmark leaves me uninspired. Sure the mark signals change with it's fresher look, but then why is the product is the same old thing? What has Gap really changed beyond the logo? What remarkable things has the retail giant done to disrupt customer behaviour? Sales will tell, but I'm not hopeful.
