TruemorsI made a quick Chicken and Beef Soup, with Red Bliss Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, and Shallots. Finished with Green Curry paste, the Soup was exceptional by itself, but since I bought some new Bowls today in Chinatown, I played with a few presentation. Oregano brought another dimention to the Curry broth. I loved it!!
