i done got me new running shoes! day #370/4

On Friday Tony brought me during lunch to a running store by work. He's training for the NYC marathon so he went to them to get fitted and all that good stuff. These guys were great! They watched me run on a treadmill and videotaped it, then fitted my feet and recommended these babies. They're really comfy! And they help my retarded feet. haha! Who knew you're supposed to wear a size bigger when you run? hmph!
