Inaugural Gown Knock-Off Frenzy Begins

EdressMe has already got an imitation of Michelle Obama's Inaugural gown available for pre-order (on left)! Costing $320, it will be available in March. The site has seen a spike in sales of one-shoulder and strapless red dresses, the latter likely due to the red Reem Acra dress worn by VP wife Jill Biden.
ABS by Allen Schwartz, well-known for creating Oscar gown copies, is also planning on creating an Obama gown (on right), which will be in stores in March or April and will cost $300-$350. There will also be copies of the Toledo jacket, about $300, and sheath, $about $150, worn to the ceremony.
