20-year-old Hannah Cooper's parents were the lucky winners of a £2.4 million lottery jackpot some three years ago; after constantly being asked about her parents' win she was inspired to create a dress printed with banknotes. The fashion design student at The University of Wales, Newport had to get permission to print the money on material but once she got the 'okay' she was on her way.

"Everyone knows that my family won the lottery and people always ask me about it

"So I decided it would be fun to make a dress out of money. I had to get their permission first because it is illegal to copy bank notes.

"But they were fine about it - although I did have to scale them down to size."

Cooper said of the dress, "It was a lot of fun to make and the dress really does look expensive."

She is hoping to have the dress hit the runway before it goes on permanent display at a gallery.
