Father's Day, June 21st is a day to celebrate the man in your life who has been your father figure and the man who has guided you through your life and your decisions and choices.

As it's tomorrow, let's look at some last minute gift ideas for the main man in your life:

Take him out to dinner - Restaurant.com is giving a discount off their PRINTABLE dining coupons for Father's Day.  Check out the website here for details.

Write him a letter or a note to let him know how you feel; you would never say it to his face, but let him know on paper and then he can keep it forever.

Cook him breakfast or an easy dinner - there's nothing better than not having to cook yourself and it will be really nice for him to wake up to the smell of eggs and bacon (or whatever you decide).

Frame a piece of your artwork from when you were young, or a picture of you and your dad and give it to him, it's always nice to keep.

Make him some cookies or cupcakes that he can eat without the day or even bake him a Father's Day cake.

Go for a hike or a walk together as it could be a way to catch up without any modern distractions.

Make him a cd with your favourite songs that remind him of you or songs that remind him of your childhood.

Write him a poem (there are some sites to help you if you are not creative in that way)

I got two big bundles of flowers. I cut off all the heads and have a wonderful plater of flower tops... I will use for tea, and incense.

Happy Fathers Day.

Happy Fathers Day. Very nice Post Amy. I think My kids are boycotting Fathers day since they turned Teens. And that has not changed now that they are Tweens. :)
